Villa with private terrace, swimming pool and barbecue. Located 2 km from the capital and 5 km from the airport, combining the tranquility of a villa with easy access to both basic services and leisure areas and places of interest. Any point of Lanzarote is less than 40 minutes by car!
The urbanization has a promenade that connects it with the neighboring towns of Arrecife and Playa Honda. Ideal for a pleasant walk and even for access to the small beaches in the area.
The space
It is a spacious two-storey villa with several terraces, garden with the typical Canarian rofe, swimming pool and barbecue area.
Most of the rooms are located on the main floor. It has 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and private dressing room, and two twin bedrooms with two twin beds and a closet each. It has a full bathroom with shower with hydromassage column that serves these two rooms and the common areas. On this floor there is also a very bright living room, perfect for resting or reading, and a living-dining room with high ceilings and very spacious with direct access to the terraces and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the second floor. It also has a pantry and a dining room with a table for 6 people. Finally, there is a laundry room and an outdoor clothesline.
On the second floor is organized as a library and relaxation area, with a nice gallery overlooking the garden and pool. It has access to a large terrace from where you can see the surroundings of the urbanization.
The outdoor area consists of gardens and terraces at various heights. It has an area for outdoor dining immediately outside the main living room and another with barbecue and sink. The pool has a terrace with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. All this surrounded by walls that limit the property and separate it from the adjoining houses.
