Cozy apartment fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, living-dining room with integrated kitchen and bathroom with large shower. Spectacular location: located in the capital of the island, combines having all services nearby (cabs, bakeries, bars, restaurants, stores, etc) with access to the Playa del Reducto just 500m. The property also has an open orientation to the sea overlooking the promenade of the marina of Arrecife. Parking in the immediate vicinity for 8 euros/night at extra charge
The space

It has 3 bedrooms: one double with very spacious built-in closets, one with two twin beds and a third with a trundle bed that can be opened to a double bed. The bathroom has a large shower.
If you travel with babies, we will provide you with a crib and a high chair so that you can eat at the table with the whole family.
Services and common areas
It has television with international channels, air conditioning and free wi-fi.
To visit the island it is better to rent a car. In the avenue you can stop (to unload suitcases, etc) but not to park.
We have the option of a parking space in front of the building for 8 eur/day (in the Gran Hotel parking lot).
Other highlights
1. We have a PARKING SPACE in the Gran Hotel parking lot (a few meters from the apartment) for 8 euros / night in addition to the rate, which must be paid at the beginning of the stay.
2. We have the possibility of EARLY CHECK IN, subject to availability, for an additional 20 euros.
3. LATE CHECK OUT is available, subject to availability, for an additional 20 euros.
